Meet The Team

Randy De Vera - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Graduated and earned a Nursing Degree from Washington State and a Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration with an emphasis on Long Term Care (BSHA-LTC) through the University of Phoenix.  He has a strong passion for the senior community.  Randy brings over 26 years of hospitality, nursing and management skills in the speciality areas of Hospital Medical Surgery Units,  Dementia Care, Skilled Nursing , Assisted Living and Adult and Pediatric Home Health Care.

He has exceptional knowledge in business management and health care administration . He has a great passion in working with seniors either in home or out in the geriatric population. His personal views is that every senior should be given the opportunity during time of need to be placed in a safe, caring home  or to have that high quality personalized in-home care service.

In giving in back to the community today, he advocates and educates businesses leaders of the senior community to bring awareness to resources made available to help their clients in time of need.  During his spare time he enjoys volunteering with senior programs, reading and international traveling.

Jeanne ​Ching - Chief Operations Officer | Business Development

Jeanne comes to KOLEA Senior Placement and, Home Care Services with over 27 years in the Financial Industry.  Her exceptional social skills and knowledge in developing new business opportunities are endless.  Jeanne's commitment in networking and building strong relationships in the senior community and with other health care professionals in the hospitals, and nursing homes has allowed her to share her extensive knowledge about the industry to those that she works with.  She has a true sense of compassion for Hawai'is  senior community.  


Jeanne enjoys volunteering her time with various senior programs.  Her joy of travelling and spending quality time with her sons is what's close to her heart.  

Kimberly Sonico - R.N. BSN Director of Nursing | Case Management

Kimberly comes to KOLEA Senior Placement and Home Care Services with over 13 years of healthcare experience. She brings professional nursing experience to the organization which includes working with the geriatric population, adult foster care, community health services,  and case management experience. 

Her passion is to serve the elderly population to educate, advocate and provide the  support and care for those individuals needing more in-depth care and or monitoring. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her daughter and husband.
